About this listen

Don't miss the highly anticipated final installment of the steamy romantasy series everyone on BookTok is talking about!

After Lor makes the biggest mistake of her life, she finds herself on the run from the Aurora King and decides it's time to end this, once and for all. When a new enemy emerges to claim her freedom, the entire fate of Ouranos comes to rest on her shoulders.

As the land continues to rebel, Lor must admit she is the key to saving the continent, whether she likes it or not. To fight for Nadir, she must lie, steal, and do whatever it takes to hunt down the remaining arks. Growing more and more desperate, she worries her actions are turning her into something she doesn't recognize, dooming her to repeat her grandmother's mistakes.

When the Aurora King finally comes for her, Lor ventures into the Underworld's shadowy depths, where, once again, she finds herself at the heart of another deadly test. Only this time, she's competing for everyone's future, not just a crown.

The only thing Lor ever wanted was to be free, but she may soon find she was always destined for a cage.

So sad to see it end but..

There were a few times it wasn’t clear who was speaking (due to the narration) but a good story.

Gabriel’s voice is my fave

A little hard to follow with the multiple timelines. The writing got worse as thr series progressed. Probably robably leans more on the fantasy side than romance. II can't figure out how the author can expect the readers to believe this series took place over a few months. Although I love rions growth, it's too abrupt and narcissists are incapable of self reflection. The epilogues seems unnecessary

it was just fine

This is the last book in the series and what a fantastic conclusion to the story! I really had high expectations as this is one of my top fantasy series as it has so many unique ideas that take place. I was not disappointed with the conclusion to this whole series. I’m just disappointed it had to end.

The characters, Lor, Nadir, Gabriel as well as everyone else are so interictally put together I loved finding new things about them. I laughed, gasped, and cried while reading this book, oh and the spicy scenes were very well done. The relationships that all the characters have with each other are just amazing.

Overall, the ending to this book was just so good. I really loved that there was a good overall conclusion to each and every character.

Amazing!

As usual, Nisha's writing is creative, romantic, and exciting. In this last installment in the Artefacts of Ouranos series, we follow Lor, Nadir, and their friends into the literal bowls of hell as they fight for life, love, and a lost queendom. It's a story that showcases the ability of one choice charting the course of a lifetime, and not for the better. It's a story that spotlights how unfair fate can seem, and how you respond to that can make or break you - and those around you.
This story may take place in a fantasy world, but it reflects life, even in this world.

So, I struggled to finish this book. It was great - don't get me wrong - but I love this series and knowing this was the last... I don't think I've ever had this kind of issue before! I just didn't want it to end...

I can't believe it's over.

We finally get to the last book in this series and there is still so much to tie up before it ends. Did she do it? Yes, I think for the most part she did.

The crazy thing about this series was that it really was entertaining. It was fast paced and it was easy to hold your interest. In this book, I enjoyed getting to see the relationship between Lor and Nadir FINALLY feel strong. No more of that awful back and forth.

I think Ms. Tuli did a good job of bringing all the various threads together in different times to be able to tie certain things together and to give us the back stories and reasonings for many of the other questions we had.

A lot happens in this book. Some of the tying up felt a bit "forced", but most of it seemed to happen organically once the correct information was parsed out. I also liked that we got all of the gang (for the most part) back together as they had the option to join the others when the final showdown was going to occur.

Again, I liked Gabriel's story arc, along with Willows...well, now that I'm thinking about it - most of our gang (the good guys) had impressive improvement and much character growth from where we watched them start in the beginning.

All in all, this was a fun series that survived much and then surprisingly excelled due to the original plot lines and the crazy group of characters that we followed along with on this crazy ride.

All in all, this was a fun series....

(SPOILERS) Nisha is such a great writer! She has the ability to transport you to any world. My favorite scenes were in the underworld where I pictured something like the Adventures of Sabrina in my head. It was so perfect and slightly comical. I’m so sad this series is over but she ended is so perfectly!! And the readers are so good! Now I want to go back and listen to the old ones!

The Perfect Finale to the Series

This four book series is my new favorite!! Each book kept my attention from beginning to end. The story was complex, deep, and well written with some really good spice scenes mixed in. This series had me stressed out at times - I couldn’t put it down!!!
The narrators were phenomenal! I LOOOOOVE Corvin King and he was SO GOOD in this series. The last two books featured Sir Shane East 😍 who is ALWAYS AMAZING!!

All four books were AMAZING!!

It finally resolves and kept everything interested and the characters are different and kept the main characters together. Some twists not expected.

Absolutely worth the read!!
